Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going on inside of ourselves. Our past, our emotions, our fears, beliefs, triggers etc. Often, we're aware of the symptoms (what's not going well) but less aware of the cause (why do we feel the way we do?). If we can understand the latter then we can affect real change. That's what I help with. As your life coach, I help you to look within, allowing you to feel what you need to feel, change what you need to change, and become a more self-reliant and self-aware person.

 

You may have heard the phrase, "your outer world is a reflection of your inner world". I couldn't agree with this more. In order to change, you need to open yourself up to your inner experience. I help clients enrich their lives and achieve their goals by helping them transform their relationship with themselves.

 

It all starts from within. I help my clients to see the light in themselves and support them as they get in touch with their inner knowing. My job is to be a mirror for you: a mirror for your shadow & your light. Together we illuminate the parts of you that are yet to be witnessed, accepted, or loved. The process of coaching helps you be more conscious and lucid in your daily life so that you can make the changes you want to make and become the person you want to be. It's the accountability and support to help you take inspired action.

What is coaching?

It's different for everyone depending on your goals but essentially...

It’s accountability, starting with me, ending with you. Setting you up so that you can continue doing the work long after our time together. It’s having someone to keep you on the straight and narrow, to help you focus, and to help you make steady, consistent progress in the right direction. Someone who is truly impartial, to listen to and mirror you, and who only wants what's best for you.

It’s learning to know, love, & trust yourself (and be nice to yourself). That voice within that says I know what to do, you’re worth it, go for it, you can do it, together we make it stronger. A process of understanding yourself deeper, reconnecting with your intuition, learning how it speaks to you, and empowering you to trust yourself and to make good choices. Being your own guide.

It’s getting out of your own way. What’s the number one thing that holds you back? If you answered “myself” you’re not alone! This is where most clients start. The difference with the people I work with vs the people I don’t, is the people I work with are ready to do something about it and get out of their own way. Self-sabotaging has many guises, together we reveal the ways yours manifests.

It’s finding your alignment. The coaching process can be simplified to this: you start out of alignment (where you don’t want to be) you finish in alignment (where you do want to be). Alignment is being yourself and showing up with confidence and integrity. When you’re in alignment life flows, good things happen. You know how to bring yourself back to a place of peace and contentment after you deviate or life throws a trigger at you. In alignment, you show up better, & you bounce back faster.
