Combined with hands-on healing, these 1:1 sessions support a full journey of release, integration, & deep relaxation.

Meditation is the practice of awareness, not the absence of thought. It’s about learning to observe your mind & body with presence & curiosity, building focus, calm, & resilience over time. Since 2017, I’ve been teaching meditation with an emphasis on keeping the practice simple, practical, & easy to integrate into daily life.

For those seeking meaningful transformation & accountability. 1:1 coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, & gain clarity. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, illuminate blind spots, and create new ways of feeling more resourced in daily life. I believe you are your own best guide — all the answers already live within you. My role is to be a mirror, hold a supportive space, ask the right questions, & bring in practices that help you access that inner wisdom. Sessions are informed by Somatic Experiencing & other embodied approaches, combining insight with practical tools for real change. Coaching is available online, making it a good option if you’re not local.

Hi, I'm Talor!

Embodiment Facilitator. I'm a somatic therapist, a yoga & meditation teacher, & a creative at heart. I work 1:1 offering Somatic Experiencing + Hands-on Healing, and online coaching. And 1:many hosting ecstatic dances, workshops, & yin yoga classes.

I've been holding space since 2017. It's been a natural evolution from teaching yoga & meditation, to coaching, to somatic experiencing & hands-on healing. I have a particular interest in women's wellbeing: holding space for women to reconnect to their inner knowing and nurture their sparkle & joy.​​​​

Life is a gift. I'm passionate about presence & happily married to the wonderful Edward Chilvers. We're based between Reading & Henley (UK), where we run live meditation, art & music events.

My abstract photography is an extension of my spiritual practice; seeing the ethereal in the everyday. I am inspired by light and philosophical concepts like Plato’s Theory of Forms & the Vedas. My work explores themes of transcendence, Presence, & embodiment.
